Commodity Park Rotterdam has been developed by ProDelta and comprises 71,000 m² of high-quality business space, compartmentalized into 28 units from 2,150 m² upwards. The robust concrete structure (columns, beams, floors and facades) makes the project unique in the port of Rotterdam and particularly suitable for storing commodities. The necessary permits have also been obtained for the storage of hazardous materials (ADR goods). Units available to let can be transformed into storage facilities for ADR goods without the need for lengthy environmental permit procedures.

Maasvlakte Transferium:
Right next to the Commodity Park Rotterdam is the Maasvlakte Transferium. The Fast Ferry docks at the Maasvlakte Transferium daily; three times in the morning and three times in the afternoon. If you live on the north shore of the Nieuwe Waterweg and work at the Maasvlakte, the ferry now provides a fast connection across the water.
