Toll Global Forwarding (Netherlands) B.V. leases unit 8 in the Distriport Waalhaven new development
ProDelta has let another unit in phase II of the Distriport Waalhaven development. Toll Global Forwarding (Netherlands) B.V. will be the new lessee of unit 8. The leased space comprises 4,243 m² of business space, a mezzanine of approx. 633 m² and 486 m² of office space in Distriport Waalhaven in Rotterdam.
Toll Global Forwarding (Netherlands) B.V. is part of the Australian TOLL Group, which is active globally in the transport of goods, including ocean, air, sea-air and rail freight.
Distriport Waalhaven has been given Breeam NL New Construction Very Good certification.
Its unique location and multimodal accessibility make the Waalhaven the perfect site for logistics, industrial, maritime and business services, as well as light and maritime industry. The new distribution centre with an area of approx. 26,000 m² was built and delivered in two phases. Virtually all the units are now let; unit 7 is the only one still available.
