ProDelta lets 23,000 m² in DC Distriport Waalwijk
ProDelta has concluded a long-term lease with a globally active tech company and its logistics service provider for more than 22,000 m² of warehouse space. This space is part of Phase 2 of DC Distriport Waalwijk.
DC Distriport Waalwijk is located in Waalwijk between the A59 motorway and the future barge terminal in the Haven 8 industrial zone. The building developed speculatively by ProDelta consists of 8 units with a total floor area of approx. 84,000 m².
With the arrival of a new lessee, 100% of the total floor area in Distriport Waalwijk has already been let before completion of the distribution centre.
The ProDelta family business, which celebrates its 75th anniversary this year, has built up a property portfolio of more than 500,000 m², the focal point being on the delta region in the port of Rotterdam. ProDelta is involved mainly in large-scale development and redevelopment sites for logistics centres throughout the Netherlands.
This transaction was effected as a joint agency assignment by Bridgegap and JLL.
