Lease renewed with DHL for Riemsdijk 1 in Tiel
Following a 12-year collaboration, ProDelta has once again renewed the lease with DHL Supply Chain (Netherlands) B.V. for the long term. DHL leases around 20,000 m2 of warehouse space together with 2,600 m2 of office space in this logistics complex.
The logistics complex at Riemsdijk in Tiel comprises a total of around 40,000 m² and has been developed in phases. In close cooperation with DHL, the sustainability of the warehouse has been improved further through various measures such as the installation of LED lighting and an energy-saving, high-efficiency heating system. The complex is situated in the Medel business park and has excellent accessibility thanks to its location close to the A15 motorway and the adjacent barge terminal of CTU Rivierenland.
