ProDelta facilitates further growth of CTG
ProDelta has recently let more than 2,300 m² of warehouse space, 500 m² of mezzanine floor space, 270 m² of office space and a 3,800 m² site to Cargo Terminal Gadering B.V. The property is located at Butaanweg 5D in Rotterdam and forms part of a modern logistics complex at Butaanweg 5 – 7 in Rotterdam.
CTG has been a lessee of ProDelta for 14 years now, and in that time has grown from a warehouse of around 4,000 m² to more than 34,000 m² of business space.
Cargo Terminal Gadering B.V. is part of CTG Beheer B.V., the parent company of both Cargo Terminal Gadering B.V. and CTG-Logistics B.V. Cargo Terminal Gadering B.V.’s services include container transport and the loading and unloading of containers and trailers. CTG-Logistics B.V. specializes in transporting all groupage shipments throughout Europe.
