ProDelta acquires large-scale industrial complex in Nieuwegein
Recently ProDelta reached an agreement on the purchase of an industrial complex located in Nieuwegein. The complex is comprised of approximately 38,000 m² of buildings and is situated on approximately 55,000 m² of land.
The complex is easily accessible by road and has its own water connection. Ships can be loaded and unloaded using the existing crane tracks.
The complex has been leased for many years to a supplier of industrial products. This transaction is in line with ProDelta's strategy to expand its real estate portfolio at the 'logistics hotspots' in the Netherlands.
