First pile driven at Distriport Waalhaven phase II
On 1 April, construction work was begun on phase II of Distriport Waalhaven. Following the successful development and letting of phase 1 in 2016, work on the construction of phase II is now in full swing. This phase is also being developed at the risk of ProDelta and will be completed in Q1 2021. The development is the result of close cooperation between ProDelta and the Port of Rotterdam.
Distriport Waalhaven is a modern distribution complex that offers an exceptionally high-quality finishing specification. Phase 2 involves the construction of units 4 to 8 with a total floor area of more than 20,700 m². Unit 4 had already been let before building work started.
