Contract renewal for Imperial Logistics at Distriport Benelux
ProDelta has renewed the contract with Imperial Logistics B.V. after 10 years of cooperation. It concerns a long-term lease.
Imperial Logistics leases a total of 4,600 m² of business space and 727 m² of office space. Due to the storage of hazardous substances, both units are equipped with an outside air foam extinguishing system. The two northern buildings at Distriport Benelux contain a total of more than 28,000 m² of business space. The tri-modal access to rail, road and water makes it an ideal location.
