New building in Distriport Tiel let to King on a long-term lease
ProDelta has recently concluded a new long-term lease with King. The plot at Grotewei 2 in Distriport Tiel is located in the Medel business park. The new building was completed at the end of 2018 and is now let to King for the long term. In this transaction, King was assisted by JLL and ProDelta was assisted by INDUSTRIAL Real Estate Partners.
About the building
The plot has approx. 14,000 m² of high-quality business space and approx. 2,400 m² of office space. The current mezzanine has been transformed into a proper office floor with a restaurant/lounge area and internal balcony with a view over the distribution centre.
