ProDelta Management is responsible for the commercial management of our logistics and industrial properties: a total of 500,000 m² on an area of 95 hectares. Most of this is found in the delta district of the port of Rotterdam. Our working methods are characterized by the good relationship we have with our lessees, whom we regard as genuine partners. We think in terms of solutions and our activities reflect this.
Partners in major projects make use of a comprehensive package of services:
- covering collective security and surveillance outside regular business hours;
- maintenance and regular servicing of building systems;
- maintenance and cleaning of grounds;
- winter maintenance;
- environmental permits (through ProDelta Environmental Support);
- maintenance of green spaces and weed control.
